Advice & Consultancy - We provide advice to organisations, businesses and professionals in the areas of ethics and financial services regulations training, financial services compliance and practice management.
Financial Advice Regulation, Compliance, Assessment and Remediation - We assist medium and large financial service organisations and financial planning firms to meet their regulatory and compliance obligations. We also provide subject matter expertise and advice in the areas of assessment and remediation of financial advice.
Financial Services Regulation Audit - We perform financial services regulation audits, risk and quality control engagements, compliance audits and auditing of licensees to ensure compliance with licensing and the relevant financial services regulations. The auditing process includes reviewing advisers' client files and SOAs and assisting licensees and their advisers in formulating compliant advice processes.
Practice management - We work with licensees to develop, improve and implement practice management policies and procedures. We train and mentor advisers and assist them to integrate best practice into a compliant advice process.
Project Management - We undertake project management consultancy roles and serve as a subject matter expert on project steering committees related to training, compliance, and system implementation projects.
Training - We provide training to financial advisers, accountants and members of professional associations. The scope of training is related to areas in accounting, corporation law, AI governance risk management and ethics.
